What a great video not just footage of football but also the town. Pride in the history but confidence going forward.

Fabulous!!

Though I agree with TG that the Coady reference needs to be edited out.

Wolverhampton isn’t a place I’ve ever been to. Birmingham of course, and I went to see a leather-working factory in Walsall once in the mid-90s in the course of my job, but that’s the closest. The video makes it look like a place I’d like to mooch around one day.

I wouldn't bother.

Nott'm Forest have today made their 16th signing of the summer. 16! Someone must be playing fantasy football over there...

Awful game number two of the three for Bmth. Just got to get that L'pool game over with now then maybe things will start to pick up.

I could be wrong (I can't be bothered to look it up), but very early last season when Arsenal made a terrible start, I'm sure that for a week or two ManU were at the top of the table & Arsenal were bottom.

The Monday evening match between ManU & Liverpool should be very interesting. Liverpool haven't made a great start with two draws against teams that they really should have beaten (on paper anyway), so Liverpool have something to prove & really need a win, & I have to admit that ManU going three games without a point would really cheer me up...well ManU are very much a love 'em or hate 'em team.

The only time people in this thread love them is when they lose smile

Liverpool are having a blip and I don't expect it to last. They should win on Monday.

Manchester Utd are awful. They got beaten 4-0 last week by Brentford. Brentford got beaten by Fulham today!

Harry Kane has broken Sergio Aguero's record for the most Premier League goals for one club. He's scored 186 in the top flight.

Always early days and silly form results but I still think this season the top 5 - city, liverpool, arsenal, chelsea, Tottenham (dont know what order) will be in a separate top pack and there will be a substantial gap to 6th and beyond.

Yeah, that's the drag. You got your possible winners, then the middle of the table teams, then the bottom quarter (oo er missus!), & that's the exciting group at the end, with teams trying to avoid the drop.

Leeds are 1-0 up vs Chelsea due to a goalkeeping error.

West Ham are 0-1 down vs Brighton. It was a penalty.

i can see this season being one of those where Bill keeps changing the thread title.

Jack Harrison makes it 3-0 and Leeds, and TG, are dancing a jig.

Bill is not dancing a jig.

Leeds played well. Deserved it.

West ham are shit. Mugged again by fucking brighton. Spent pennies compared to our 150m. Havent beaten them in 10 matches. Abysmal.
Never mind a stroll up, it gets easier, weve got tott wednrsday week. frown
Rock bottom n little light at end of tunnel.

Cheer up, you've got Villa next Sunday. Three points there and you're up and running.

You could do without the Europa Conference league midweek though.

I was cheesed off that Tuchel was allowed on the touch line after the red card last week but now of course I’m glad he was - No excuses, we worked harder than they did. Nice to feel positive about football for a change. Sympathy, Bill, it’ll turn around for you, I’m perfectly sure.

And let’s face it, who doesn’t love seeing Chelsea get stuffed!
