Track 6 on the first Cosmos disc is worth the purchase. I have to think that all 4 are worth the fantastic price right now. Actually worth the original price too.
Wow! Just heard that myself and you’re right! One of many highlights on the first disc though and a lot more to listen to. My box of sale goodies arrived in the UK today. Absolutely perfect service from Intrada again! Many thanks to them!!
I resisted the urge to splurge this time, still haven't opened and listened to some of the titles I bought from the last Intrada sale (Delerue's Something Wicked, The River Wild and Homeward Bound II).
edwzoomom your comments about Cosmos almost got me, the Canadian exchange rate is still painful.
Oh Ryan, that is a shame about the exchange rate. I hear you. I feel very bad for the FSM members who live outside the US in relation to shipping costs. That's why I will never complain about shipping - we US citizens are truly spoiled on that front. I wish you could have purchased these.
I would just like to thank Intrada. I bought Charade, Damnation Alley and Stargate SG1 in this sale, which had a total value of about $44. Intrada put a total value of $15 on the customs declaration. As a result, I didn't get hit by customs charges by good old British customs & excise. It was a bit naughty of Intrada, and they shouldn't really have done it, but thanks anyway.
My copy of THE SAND PEBBLES (the only one I ordered, to replace the RSNO re-recording, as I never got the Varese Club release) arrived Tuesday. Haven't listened to it yet, though.
