A lot cooler, today. I even had my fleece zipped up.

Noah's just sailed past, again. This time he waved.

Sizzlin'. As Irving would say- blue skies. I'm sitting on the garden having a drink. Listening to the sound of children crying, in the distance. It doesn't get any better.

Getting set for a sizzler in the next day or two. Might have to take my fleece off, soon. There's going to be plenty of arse chafing going on. And an increase in the sale of vaseline.

It's currently a nice sunny 86°F/30°F, but it's morning still, and it's expected to go up to 95°F today. Tomorrow, weather in Cologne, Germany is supposed to go up to 40°C/104°F, which would make it the hottest day of the year so far. Fortunately, it so happens that tomorrow I will spend the latter part of the day on a lake stand-up-paddling, with ice-cold drinks nearby, so it's a good coincidence. I don't mind hot weather if there's an ocean or a cool lake around to swim in.

Using official terminology, it's a 'tad' on the warm side... And a smidgen here. It was 34° in the van. Then I moved the van and it dropped to 29°.

It got a tad warmer today as expected, it is currently 38°C/100°F. Still fine, as it's a dry heat and not humid. I don't mind heat, it's cold I can't stand. :-) There's a colony of giant hogweed nearby, which can be quite dangerous (or at the very least very painful) when you touch them (and there is sunlight), leaving ugly scars and marks. The colony's been growing over the years (nobody seems to take care of it), and some of them have grouped up to a gang of thugs who wait for passerby.

Scorching. Had to knock off posting around 11.45 because it was too hot. We were told if it reaches 35° then we had to return to the office. Something to do with postmen melting at that temp!
