Sorry, folks, but I'm shutting this one down due to some complaints. Personal attacks we don't need. I will contact the offenders privately to deal with it, but here's a general piece of advice:
If you have a grudge against a fellow forum member (and in this case I think the grudge is equal on both sides), it does not behoove you to drudge up the muck into a fresh new attack, because from everybody else's perspective, the attack seemingly comes out of nowhere. If you've got a beef with each other, take it outside and smack each other around if you wanna, but leave the rest of us out of it. It just doesn't do anybody any good at all.
I also want to make it perfectly clear that, in spite of some folks' beliefs, I do not play favorites with anyone. My loyalty is to the general forum and to Lukas Kendall, nobody else. What you perceive as lax attention or favoritism is likely based on your own perceptions that come from partial facts. You have no idea what's happening behind the scenes. If I choose one person to defend in a conflict, then I'm labeled unfair. If I choose the other person, then I'm still unfair. So I choose nobody and instead choose the best approach to fairness that I can that does not take personalities into account. But if y'all don't like how I run the place, then feel free to petition for my removal. Then you won't have Nixon to kick around anymore.
