MV, any chance of a heads up on the March releases? I recall there were some releases but no confirmation whether 1st or 2nd week of March. As always thanks for keeping us in the loop. Thanks.

MV, please forgive me if this has been asked already.

Is there any chance of individual John Williams focused releases from the sold out box sets of Lost in Space and Land of the Giants? I'm thinking something similar to the individual Superman movie releases.

We have 1 confirmed. Waiting on 2 more

Most likely mid March release for the 1 (or possibly 2 or 3 new releases)

Huh, that's weird. I thought LiS (and Trek:TOS ?) had to be released as a complete series. Speaking of Williams, sure wish someone would release the original "Eiger Sanction" recordings...

I wonder if forthcoming titles will include more reissues of OOP FSM releases. I hope Don Ellis' SEVEN-UPS will get reissued.

Thanks for all the love. We are doing what we can

As for some of the questions...

More Trek hopefully in 2021
Same with DCAU
No on Stargate
Hopefully some great tv scores to come in 2021
Would love to do more QM sets if we can

MV

Dear MV,
are there any news for a Trek release?

Thanks

I hope so. I also sincerely hope some of those cues (like that famous battle cue from Sacrifice of Angels (DS9) is included...this is the last shot and Im nervous as hell. Lol

There are so many cues from Sacrifice of Angels that I'm crossing my fingers for!

@MV when do you think we'll be able to request cues for the next/final DS9 set? I've got 2 or 3 cues that I'm eager to request!

MV,

Next year is the 40th Anniversary of CREEPSHOW. As with all 80s horror, it's insanely popular.

What do you say to taking another trip to the well and presenting the complete John Harrison synth score? No release yet has the film versions of certain cues, and there is the extended Camptown Races sequence for the beach, as well as some important cues from The Crate that have yet to see the light of day.

Let's hope they'll include all the remaining cues from Sacrifice of Angels

I hope, they will go the obvious way with the remaining STAR TREK Collection and fill in the gaps, where previous collection didn't make a lot of sense:

They dropped two very good but unrelated cues of VOYAGER'S "RISE" on Collection Vol.1, for example. It feels like two additional cues were dropped for time, and therefore the continued listening experience is a bit spoiled.

The same applies to DS9's "Sacrifice of Angels", where two or three additional cues from the middle of the episode would really make the difference to create a perfect soundtrack suite for the episode.

ENT's "Anomaly" is another example. There is only one cue from the middle, which feels awkwardly out of place on the album and i suspect, that another one or two cues were dropped for time, but were originally planned to be included.

I would very much apreciate, when the upcoming set would be kind of an "Unfinished business - Collection", [like Disc 3 on TNG COLLECTION VOL.2] where very good single cues from previous collections are put into an even better context to create a better whole music flow.

I think, it might be most rewarding approach for this final compilation to fill in the gaps from previous collections.

And maybe , there will still be room for two or three cues from episodes with previously unreleased music left, like ENT's "Azati Prime", or VOY's "REAL LIFE", as a bonus.

They said, they wouldn't include complete episodic scores at this point. And i think, that is the best way to go.

With the amount of free time Zimmer has on social media lately it shouldn't be a problem getting him to approve anything!

Dear MV:

Please tell me you're planning some things outside of the box; things like a "lost tv theme collection," the Hoyt Curtain collection, the best of Dominick Frontier. Things like that.

Hello MV!

Any chance you'd like to share a list of composers whose material you plan on releasing in 2021, like you've done in the past in other years, and like Roger has already done for Intrada this year?
