I assume you mean available to the general public to buy? mine would be anything from Goldenthal, specifically "Santiago's Waltz" and "Toccata and Dreamscapes". "Star Trek 1" and "Krull" would be nice to study too

The finale of ANGELA'S ASHES, with its transformation of the main theme. It's really wonderful.

David Raksin, The Acting Lesson - THE BAD AND THE BEAUTIFUL

Do you read chord symbols? I could transcribe the melody and chords pretty easily.

You mean those hieroglyphics that say "Fm7 -9 +48 times the square root of p"? No, not yet. Gotta be onna staff. Thank you for thinking of me.

But wouldn't it take a little re-thinking, Onya-Dahlink? It's a lot of drawn-out figures, written with strings in mind.

Well, I suppose that would be my job, once you did the footwork. And while I am noodling around with the intro "Whistling Away the Dark"'s intro.....

Well, you know maybe, I could give it a try.....

You know, the finale of THE FURY ("Gillian's Power") would be a great piano piece.

Whats the point of reading sheet music? Unless you're unlocking the secrets of the universe I'd rather listen to music.

I always wished they'd release some film scores by Jerry Goldsmith as sheet music, since I was interested in how the synthesizers or other unusual instruments in his scores were written down. For that reason I was quite happy that Omni published TOTAL RECALL. If they ever publish STAR TREK - THE MOTION PICTURE, I'm all in.
