Dr. No (1962) Solo: A Star Wars Story(2018) Many of the current superhero movies (though I've seen some... it's not that I have anything against superhero movies, I don't, but there's just so many of them... :-) )

I have never seen: Any of the Godfather series Any of the Harry Potter series Any Tolkien Any Star Wars after ROTJ Any James Bond after Roger Moore Titanic Avatar Any Disney animated film after the 1970s Any Marvel / DC after Christopher Reeve Raging Bull Forrest Gump Reservoir Dogs Goodfellas Gladiator Schindler's List Fight Club The Matrix To name a few. What a nincompoop! Thanks Jeh, you've given me the push I needed to start my list. One thing though - could you put a few more "classic" films on the list, and a few foreign ones that the experts tell us we must see before we die? Or (question for Henry) are we only talking "big" as in Hollywood blockbusters?

I've never seen ANY film that's in black and white, apart from those bits in The Wizard Of Oz.

Its easier for me to generalize. I haven't seen many pre 1970's films that weren't Sci Fi/Fantasy/Monster/Comedy related. I've seen very few B&W films. I grew up when "In Living Color" was all the rage. So as a child I balked at B&W films unless there was a monster in them. Some classic films Ive never seen include, Its a Wonderful Life, Casablanca, Gone With the Wind. (I know the last one was in color) Ive seen very few musicals other than West Side Story and Wizard of Oz. Post 70's I haven't seen many of the "adult" films, like Dirty Harry, Rocky, Godfather, Exorcist, The Omen. Post 2000's I haven't seen any of the Harry Potter films, only the first Hunger Game film, or most of the CGI animated films not by Disney. I have yet been able to sit all the way thru Toy Story or Finding Nemo. Directors I just don't gravitate to like Quentin Tarantino. Haven't seen the majority of his films like Kill Bill.

Righto, henry... Popular well-known films. So I can thankfully not mention any of the arthouse classics which I've "pretended" to have seen. Okay, to start MY ball rolling - None of the DIE HARDs None of the LETHAL WEAPONs None of the BOURNEs I'll be back.

I've seen EVERY film that Jehannum hasn't. Do I win a prize? Oh, and Raging Bull and Schindler's List were b&w too

Henry, LotR is well worth seeing if you have a spare few days! In theory you should probably watch The Hobbit films first but my advice would be not to bother. Yeah they were terrible. I have a theory that The Fellowship is actually the only decent one worth watching. Fellowship actually had some genuine moments of horror that I wished they'd continued in the other two--they became more like soap operas with good special F/X Regarding the topic: I've only seen one of the Harry Potters and it was the second part of the two part-er so it made 0% sense Never seen Godfather 2 or 3, only saw 1 in the edited for TCM version with the terrible overdubbing of the cursing Never seen Schindler's List and not sure I particularly want to though I know I probably should at least once Never seen Gone With The Wind, The Ten Commandments, Spartacus, Ben-Hur, or Lawrence of Arabia, Deerhunter (did start this one but couldn't get over how those mountains look nothing like Appalachia), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, West Side Story, or Singing in the Rain Not that I didn't want to, just haven't found the time. There are so many more...I've not seen more movies than I have seen
