I'm fairly sure it is a young Harrison Ford, but as for the film I'm not sure. I know it can't be Dead Heat as he would be in uniform and it doesn't look like a western, so that rules out his next few films. I know its not Zabriskie Point as I only saw that last month and it's not American Graffiti so I'm taking a punt on Getting Straight, which I've never seen.
I knew it was a young Harrison Ford but didn't know the names of his films prior to American Graffiti, without cheating at imdb or some such, which defeats the object.

I'm not familiar with his filmography post Star Wars. I was going to guess a television episode but since this is a guess the "movie" thread I assume this is from a film.
I thought he looked like rod dana, first knee jerk reaction. When wrong I noticed the big scarf et voila!
