US actor Buck Taylor is 86. He's primarily remembered for his regular role in 173 episodes of Gunsmoke (1967-75) as Newly O'Brian. He also appeared in The Outer Limits episode "Do Not Open 'Til Doomsday" (1964), Cattle Annie and Little Britches (1980), The Legend Of The Lone Ranger (1981), Tombstone (1993), Wild Wild West (1999), Gods And Generals (2003), and eight episodes of Yellowstone (2018-22).
Here he is in Gunsmoke (second from right), with his fellow cast members James Arness, Amanda Blake, Ken Curtis and Milburn Stone.
