A sunny, cheery 65°F here, drinking my coffee outside.
Summer is really the only season I actually love. Can't stand dreary, cloudy days.

Oo, it was a hot & heavy old night around London (I'm talking weather here). I'm just going out (to Portobello Road Market) & it's forcast to rain around lunchtime, but it's too warm to wear a coat, so I'll stick an umbrella in my (manly) shoulder bag.

We have had a horrid heat wave. A few days ago, it was 117. We left for a few days and came home only to find that our AC had died. We only had to wait a day to have it fixed, but since it was 96 in our house, we stayed in a hotel. We are in the desert part of Washington State, but even Seattle had temperatures over 100 degrees.

God, I just can't imagine temperatures like that (& temperatures of 147 have been reported!!). I'll stick to the south of England, it gets hot, but not too hot & cold, but not too cold.

Hey, maybe I'll move there and be your neighbor. We can have coffee, tea, or wine and talk film scores.

Rameau, I scrolled down and down, expecting a punchline, but one never came. Which was even funnier!

Sounds good to me. A couple of months ago I bought a De'Longhi bean to cup coffee machine, & after many attempts I think I can now make a cup that (maybe) even an American would approve of smile

Yeah, I don't know what happened there. I shouldn't post this early in the morning, I don't know what I'm doing of.

This morning, between 8+ 9, it absolutely lashed it down. I swear I saw Noah sailing past. It was just as we were getting ready to go out posting. Luckily it went off after a short while. I put my rain coat on coz it looked a bit dodgy. Instead it warmed up and the sweat was dripping down my face. Bloody English weather. Nice the rest of the day though.

It is raining. Really, really raining. I mean real, literal rain, the kind that is made out of water and comes in lots of drops from the sky, not the one that goes down on someone's parade.

It's an extraordinary amount of rain for July here in Germany. Many areas in many cities flooded, not just in one or two towns, some people's homes are destroyed, cars washed away. Personally, we are fortunate and safe so far, but some areas around here are completely under water.

Sheesh, how nice the weather was here just a few posts up earlier this month.

Yeah, the German rain has been on the news even over here.

Meanwhile, it's hot and sweltering in Norway these days (temps between 25-30 C most places in the South).

A nice sunny 25°-30°C is my absolute perfect temperature zone.

Nice bright quite warm. The Guinea pig is enjoying the sun. He's found a sun trap.

83° and I'm listening to some music , indoors. Mind you I was walking around in it, like a loon, from 8.30 until 12.30.

Oh, a lovely sunny day in the south east of England. I went to Brighton for the day, for a good mooch around the interesting shops (only £14 return from London, mind you, the train was packed, I had to stand all the way), I got home around 5.30, & now I'm on my second G & T, with lots of ice.
