Some of you might remember Jim as the disgusting councilman Davis in THE DETECTIVE with Sinatra (IMDB has him listed as the medical examiner [actually played by Norman Rose] - fixing that now!).
So, did solium ever get his spooky cereals? Fess up.
Sadly no. The video I watched reminded me of the Monster Cereal brand and it was already passed their annual production date. I couldn't find anything in the stores. But now I know to look out for them next September. As I mentioned I did get the Frankenberry and Count Chocula action figures though! I'm such a nerd.
My nearest Wal-Mart has a discount shelf and they are on that shelf. Some stores have a display place for discount items. Look around and see if your store has one -- you may find them. Also try Big Lots and Piggly Wiggly (if you have them). Unsold items get shifted to Piggly Wiggly and they discount them.

I didn't see them in Wal-Mart, though I don't have a Super Wal-Mart just a dinky one near me. I don't have Piggly Wiggly in my area of the country either. I tried my local grocery store chain and they didn't have them. Maybe I can find some in the Dollar Stores. I noticed the box artwork has radically changed over the years. I wish they go back to the original artwork. I'd buy the cereal just for the box art.
