It's a good one. Did you make it? Nope. I found it on the GIPHY website. I only use an iPad so it may be to do with that. You're confusing "Profile Pic" with "Avatar". An Avatar needs to be in GIF format and not greater than 100 pixels. You can add an Avatar by going into "Edit Profile" and choose Avatar change or delete on the right hand side.
