Recently, I've been watching a lot of "Reaction" or "First Time" videos of people watching a movie or listening to an album for the very first time. It's interesting to see people's reaction to a piece of pop culture I love and am very familiar with. And some reactions can be very funny, especially if it's a scary movie.

Chip Channel Restorations
This YouTuber restores old rusted metal toys. I find his restoration techniques and skills fascinating.

I probably should seek help on stopping, but I've been watching entirely too much of Disney Vloggers cringe inducing coverage of their experiences on the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser. These "influencers" who were given a "FREE" 4 hour preview or complete all expense paid 2 Day stay without having to pay the $5000.00 to $6000.00 plus asking price of the experience.

Sorry Disney, but I'll pass.

On this and other YOUTUBE channels: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1W8ShdwtfgjRHdbl1Lctcw/videos

that show restored film footage traveling around large cities (mostly U.S. but maybe other countries as well) in the early 1900's. Truly a different reality in those days. Kinda like a bit of time traveling.

That was brilliant! I busted a gut, didn't expect that ending. They even put Decker in the Captains Quarters in the beginning.

I'm really digging these toy restoration videos focusing on Star Wars subjects.

Those were really interesting, King Solium. I don't know if I still have my original 1978 X-Wing, but somewhere in the garage is my original Millennium Falcon, looking just like the version at the beginning of the youtube video (ie. dirty). Of course, the dirty look is probably more "film accurate".

Glad you enjoyed the videos. I'm amazed at the tools, cleaners and other high tech gadgets available to make these toys look like new. Though I agree it's ironic since the dirty, broken, banged up toys would be more screen accurate.

Pro Football games from the 60s and 70s, back when it was Professional and real, not rigged like Pro Wrestling.

Seriously, I really dig watching the old games with the Packers, Cowboys, Steelers (esp when they won against the Raiders - 1972, TIR - yeah, you know Franco caught it in the air, not on the hop)!

Rare are some of the great AFL games, esp the old Broncos brown-and-gold unis!

It's interesting to note that A.B.C. played highlights from the A.F.L. games on "Wide World Of Sports" before N.B.C. started broadcasting them. Also, what probably made the N.F.L. games so special is that the cameramen didn't have to rely on any fancy camera tricks.
