Dear Mr. Hobgood, I'm writing a dissertation and i'd like to use something from an article of yours.
7/31/02: Film Score Organization Essay Part One of Two Thoughts on Unity and Accessibility in Film Music
Could you tell me please what is the full source of this? I can't find it any more in the net. I had kept a word file of it with no further information, and I would like to use it in my bibliography. Thanks.
If he hasn't entered the Air Force One thread by now, to tell everyone how Goldsmith's replacement score was a masterpiece of epic and sonic proportions, while bringing along some graphs and pie charts to prove how it towers above Randy Newman's and anybody else's scores ever written in the history of film...I don't think he's gonna show up now.
The last time I saw a post from Mr. Hobgoblin was from a few years ago, when he kindly offered to provide Mr. Jack girlfriend advice; which I'm guessing Mr. Jack declined.

It's definitely for the best that Mr. Jack ignored Hobgood's girlfriend advice, given certain life events that have since transpired for Hobgood.

Hobgood was Robert Morse to Mr. Jack's Walter Matthau (minus the latter's gorgeous wife and cute daughter, of course).

Totally not what I meant by my response, but alrighty then.

I'm happy to help, but I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for. Can you specify, either here or in a private message? (If you'd prefer to chat privately, I'll share contact information.)

I've been hanging around for a while, and time has evidently come to explain my absence. Based on the above, woefully uninformed post, an explanation is appropriate. (I'm grateful for the post, though, given pending, multimillion-dollar defamation and civil rights suits. Very helpful -- thanks.)
Talking of mr Hopgood mentioning "multimillion-dollar defamations" i stand to rake in mucho moolah and spondulix for the abuse i take from joanie, TG and marshmellow.
Sadly judges often base awards on the medium the abuse took place and how many people read it.
