Any chance someone could do a cover for James Newton Howard's Dave? Thanks! Does this help you out?: James Newton Howard didn't conduct Dave, Marty Paich did.

James Newton Howard didn't conduct Dave, Marty Paich did. Ah! That's annoying! I've got the original release CD which says JNH conducted but I just checked the liner notes for the LLL expansion and you're correct. Will have to dig out the PSD on my PC and amend it... I didn't realise the original album credited him as a conductor. But the booklet also says "Orchestra Conductor: Marty Paich". I guess it was an error on the original album, because James Newton Howard usually doesn't conduct his scores.

Philip, I really adore your deep red take on Omen II. I hope you don't mind, but taking inspiration from you, I had a go at a slight variation that centres the title without unbalancing the overall image, by repositioning the crow slightly relative to the title. I also like the sense that the crow is emerging more from the darkness into the blood red. I would never have chosen this more modern font for the first film, which needs to evoke a more classical, ancient fear, but given that the second film leans much more into the (then) modern world of technological breakthrough, and the score leans into a more modern vibe, it kind of works for me here. Full kudos to you for your work, which I still hold as better. I just wanted to have a go myself with those personal aesthetics I point to in my text.

Does anybody have this Dune: Part Two cover without the names of the singles at the bottom?
