Oh, I don't know... the fact he's selling it BEFORE THE LLL OFFICES SAW IT THEMSELVES. And has the album art, front and back, posted. Which means he has obtained it illegally. And he's selling it for less than the LLL price, and LLL is not seeing a penny of the money. He is not an authorized reseller with whom MV has made agreements with.
Yes, people sell these all the time, and they are called bootlegs. That doesn't make it right. People sell illegal drugs and weapons all the time too. Does that make it right?

Geez, calm down. We're not talking about Obamacare here.
It's not a bootleg. It's the real set, with a hole punch in the bar code. Maybe there's more to this story (not saying it's a conspiracy or anything). Pretty much everybody involved with the release will get promo copies. Sometimes those copies get passed around. Sometimes those copies are sold on eBay. Don't act like is the first time this has ever happened. His starting price is $10, but he's not SELLING it for that. It will go up from there, unless MV has it shut down. But again, he's not even shipping this out until AFTER the CD is out.
It is worth noting that all of the CDs he is selling are from Warner, all of them promos for releases that are brand new. So, maybe these are all from the same pressing plant? Guy has a buddy at Warner?
