Just saw this! I thought it was great! Soundtrack ordered. Thought it was also well done.

It's a nice orchestral superhero score, very William-sy and i got certain vibes of David Arnold in it. Great stuff from Wallfisch.

Well, holy shit. Where did this come from? I’ve dismissed Wallfisch after It and A Cure for Wellness. But this is something else. There’s a complexity to the orchestration that not only reminds me of Korngold and Arnold, but Shearmur and Ishkeri when they’ve been at their swashbuckling best. Some really, really great writing in here. Maybe my favorite score of the year so far. Haha what Point me toward the tracks you like? It’s just so busy that I can’t grab onto anything.

Haha what Point me toward the tracks you like? It’s just so busy that I can’t grab onto anything. It’s weird, but it’s almost as if different people can like different things? I know the feeling though. That’s how I often feel about Brian Tyler — the difference here is that Tyler’s orchestrations are so bland and generic. I just have a soft spot for dense, swashbuckling music. Point me to your highlights!

Cues like “Super Villain” and “I Can Fly” are hugely restrained in parts, with the latter just being superb. Other tracks like “Dude, You’re Stacked” and “Seeking Spell” are huge highlights for me. It’s busy and big when it needs to be, but so much of the album has some really fantastic, quiet woodwind and string writing. You should NEVER have to explain why you like something...

Yes, you should. It’s why we read reviews! When you value the opinion of others, their viewpoint can sometimes change minds.
