And it is also funny that apparently also almost nobody noticed that just a few weeks ago in France Stéphane Lerouge in his interview about the Williams box told his interviewer that he had first wanted to release Williams´THE RARE BREED on this set, but that the complete original score is already in the works and would soon be released by another label anyway. So it is obvious that this other label will probably either be LLL or Intrada.
In the end - when you just put two and two together - it could even be that THE RARE BREED is now one of those two Universal titles from the 60s which have been announced by MV.

Yes, noticed. Don't care.

Spiderman 2 and The Godfather Part 2 would be nice welcomes but doesn't make more sense on next year as it's their anniversaries?

That is true, however, if the licences are agreed and signed off, would they wait for the precise dates for the releases?

Project 7 is probably the 2023 movie (which I'm guessing is either Thanksgiving, Good Burger 2 or Rebel Moon?) they got the rights to.

Thanksgiving is supposed to be released by Milan Records / Sony. Unless LLL would be really eager to release it on CD, this probably won't be it, although it would be welcome.

Good Burger 2? No way. Comedy? No. contemporary shitty comedy? Even less likely. Does it even have a score?

Rebel Moon? Perhaps. But with Netflix? Who knows. But if the CD happens, it will be more likely next year.

**********

It has to be something that is coming around that time or was released only very recently... therefore late December projects (such as Rebel Moon and especially Ferrari) would have to wait. I don't think the score album would be released 1 month before the movie. Something like Silent Night (IF ONLY!), Wonka, Chicken Run 2, Trolls 3 or possibly even Five Nights at Freddy's since it is such a hit are a bit more likely. What about Napoleon? Or brilliant score for IN THE LAND OF SAINTS AND SINNERS (but that doesn't have any specific US release date announced).

FNAF might be a good guess. LLL has done the CD version of Back Lot Music before correct?

Thanksgiving would've been perfect timing but I guess Milan beat them to the rights. And it seems you're correct about Good Burger 2 according to imdb it doesn't have a composer, but a music supervisor. I only suggested it beacuse LLLR have previously released a title from Nickelodeon (Spongebob sequel) and Paramount+ (Beavis and Butthead sequel) before. Wonka is a WB movie, but unless things have changed between them, that's why I didn't mention it. And the only reason I didn't mention Five Nights.. because MV pointed out it was an upcoming film. Trolls 3 is also q strong possibility since it's distributed by Universal also.

Milan is listed as label for Thanksgiving on IMDB... I haven't seen any other hints that they would be releasing it, so perhaps there is still chance it is wrong info or something has changed in the meantime... it would be great for sure to get a Brandon Roberts score from LLL. But Silent Night would be even better, of course.

Re Warner Bros. Who knows. Caldera announced they will be releasing a Warner Bros title next year. How is that possible unless something has chaned, that's a mystery. But upcoming movie info probably rules Five Nights out.

Like to see Horner’s to Gillian on her 37th birthday expanded. Any of the Kolchak movies or series and Colombo, Banacek mystery movies.

Any of the Kolchak movies or series

This, absolutely this, with an emphasis on the series. A lot of riches for such a short run.

Also, and not to be too insistent, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea vol. 2 with the missing music from The Cyborg and The Monster from the Inferno - and Leviathan if possible, one of the greatest scores of the entire series.

I'll take Vol. 2 without the missing music from previously released episodes. Just get me more Voyage dammit.

PROJECT 1 - $39.98 - Hook 3 disc
PROJECT 2 - $29.98 - Godfather 2
PROJECT 3 - $29.98 - Licence To Kill 2 disc
PROJECT 4 - $29.98 - Spider-man 2
PROJECT 5 - $21.98 - The Rare Breed
PROJECT 6 - $21.98 - Octopussy
PROJECT 7 - $16.98 -

Very wishful thinking with the Bond scores ??. I have a feeling Godfather 2 and Spider-Man 2 will be released in 2024 for their respective anniversaries.

I'm going out on a limb, and say the $40 title will be a multi-disc JFK to coincide with the new 4k and Warner Bros 100th anniversary

^ The problem is JFK is a WB movie. And WB hasn't been opening the doors for any of the labels on any WB titles right now.

At least one of those will be the next ST TOS volume.

I know that MV probably will ignore it, but if it possible, as some kind of hint or clue - will any of 7 project be autographed by composer?

As always - thanks in advance smile

Not a chance. MV said those would come out roughly every other month, and Vol. 3 was just announced and became available for ordering just in the past day:
https://lalalandrecords.com/star-trek-the-original-series-the-1701-collection-vol-3-limited-edition-2-cd-set/

That means Vol. 4 will likely be January or perhaps February.

Why everybody keeps trying back HOOK by Mike Matessino? Didn't they say it is impossible to release a Sony at the moment or am I wrong?

I would love HOOK, it's one of my all time favorite scores!

Would JFK need three discs?
