Agree with so many great scores that folks have already mentioned here. But the one that will always be at the top of my list is Grusin's MY BODYGUARD. Unfortunately, and from what I've gathered from others here, the tapes were destroyed so I could be in for a very long wait. wink

Well, there are still a number of classic TV show scores I'd love to have, but Grails? Got 'em. Thanks very much to la La Land, FSM, Intrada and a couple of others.

2, Joshua Tree
3, Man`s Best Friend

5, The Man With Two Brains
2-5 By: Joel Goldsmith

6, John Scott`s Detonator II: Night Watch

7 & 8, by Brad Fiedel

9, James Newton Howard`s Marked For Death

Pardon the less popular genre choice. More than any other title, I want a complete bells & whistles presentation of:

Till the Clouds Roll By (1946), music by Jerome Kern

p.s. I agree w/ spook. Long lists are less meaningful than a single choice.

Conan the Destroyer (though have just about given up on this ever clearing all the red tape to get a release. It’s been nearly a decade since it was first announced I think?). Love the re-recording, but the original is… well… the original. Warts and all. It’s a time capsule.

Kolchak - A set of all music for this series would be amazing.

The Haunting - Humphrey Searle. Pretty sure I read that the tapes are either missing or destroyed, but this remains a Holy Grail release.

Hammer Horrors - As many of the original soundtracks as can still be salvaged, and/or exist. Given the red carpet Malone restoration treatment etc.

I'll just pick three. They will probably be different next week.

• The Chairman (Goldsmith)
(A listenable version, which probably requires a new recording. I'm not generally fussy, but the sound on the existing release is just awful.)

• Anthony Adverse (Korngold)
(The John Scott recording was so rushed it's really pretty terrible)

• Lost in America (Rubinstein)
(Just a score I enjoy. It will never, ever happen.)

So many unreleased television series scores, documentary series scores, TV movies, and even some unreleased film scores. Then of course there's stiff I want in deluxe form and additional volumes to TV series that already had one.

Lord Almighty, greatest of all soundtrack gods, your not-so-humble servant implores you to take pity upon this loathsome wretch and grant fulfillment of the following triumvirate:

1. "The ButterCup Chain" (1970) by Richalice Rodney Bennett
2. "Four Grails in Town" (1956) by Calix North [yes, the same North who wrote Flagonslayer]
3. "Goblet Is My Colt .45" (1972) by Vasco Vessel Kojucharov

Everlasting gratitude is insufficient in demonstrating Your omnipresent generosity, O Holy of Holies.
We mere mortals benefit from Thy wisdom until such time for our souls to depart from corporeal existence towards an eternity at the great Digital Outland in the celestial sky.

Praise Be!

Farewell for now, folks ... it's been gReal.
