Another one I forgot to mention that would be nice is Lee Holdridge's "Mr. Mom". I brought this one up on the Intrada forum as well.

COLUMBO!!!!!!!!!!! complete!

The classic scores - from Grusin to Pat Williams !!!!!!!!!!!

There had better be a healthy set of Goldenberg's if this does come to pass - Ransom for a Dead Man and Murder by the Book are the ones I've always pined for most. Goldenberg's my Wild-Wild-West-Richard-Shores of composers for the big C. (Well, along with DeBenedictis's Any Old Port in a Storm and Double Exposure. Oh, who am I kidding? I want them all!)

A Dominick Frontier collection of tv themes and scores.
Several classic Universal tv releases
More animated tv releases. Another HB title would be wonderful.

Is that the brother of Dominic Frontiere?

Yes.

I'm a bad speller.

I beg forgiveness

Hook ...

Unless you're talking about a higher quality source for this one, preferably mastered by Mike Matessino, then we already have this one, though we all know it has a lot of room for improvement, as the source for this had a lot of imperfections. Wouldn't it be fantastic to discover this as Mike did with Superman? However, Sony is still doing strange things with releases.

Goldenberg and Gil Mellé are the cream of the crop of the Columbo scores followed by Grusin's "Prescription: Murder", Nelson's "The Greenhouse Jungle", DeBenedictis's many scores and on to the outstanding music for "Make Me a Perfect Murder" by Williams.

Agreed!

I think a Columbo, season 1 set (including the two pilots) will be a good start to test the market.
Besides season 1 has the best output.

Are we going to have the same discussion on preferences yet again!!?? Because I'm sick of it... Youtube doesn't count, any download doesn't count either.

Physical CDs, officially licensed, are the only thing that matters as a proper release. Thankfuly LLL understands that!

The Jackal - Complete!!!!

There are several unreleased Burwell scores I would not mind if they ever get released such as The Jackal and also Fear and Airheads, yes it is brief but Airheads could be paired with his Waynes World 2 score.

Given he's on record as loathing Wayne's World 2 - he's very comprehensive website, doesn't mention it - I wouldn't hold my breath.

I think the quality of the scoring stayed strong throughout the entire original run of Columbo, only suffering sometimes in the late 80s/90s reincarnation of the show.

I think a Columbo season 1 scores set (including the two pilots) would be a great way to go...I did a complete score breakdown for everything in that season 1 DVD set, way back in 2005 when I was a young lad of 20, and figured out that it would make a perfect packed 2 CD set, just barely fitting:

His website is great he has found memories of working with Anthony Perkins on PSYCHO III.
As it is an Universal title I hope it is released by LLL. The LP includes songs and source music but less than 17 min. of actual score.

I love the opening/closing theme to Fear. Very surprised there was a closing theme. Based on the horror movie I thought there would be songs for the credits.
