While the original release was not up to par I'm sure it was the best release Perserverance could conjure up at the time (we have all been there). And while I don't agree with the way they marketed it I have to stick up for Robin. He's a good guy and doesn't deserve the ridicule tossed his way. He has released some wonderful soundtracks in the past and I look forward to what they have coming in the future. MV He's a a great guy. We love him over here and he's a friend. He's helped us out with so many things. Most recently he's been helping us coordinate some releases. I agree with MV in the view that Robin has done a lot of good things for our community.

A question, hopefully one that can be answered by those who worked on this release: In the smoke alarm scene, a large portion of the music is not the actual "Smoke Alarm", but another ambient piece of music, before it segues back to Zimmer's cue. Is that first part composed by Hans Zimmer, or was it tracked from another source? If the latter, then what was it? The scene in question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6qco6gCsVE

Happy to get this new version. Always enjoyed this score. HUGE fan of Zimmer's earlier works and even several in the later years too

Rain Man refers to Charlie's (the Tom Cruise's character) imaginary friend who, over the course of the movie, figures out was actually Ray (Dustin Hoffman). “Raymond” = “Rain Man.” Their father sent Ray away after their mother's death because he was afraid Ray might hurt Charlie.
