To be perfectly honest with you I have no idea when anything is coming out any more. I have thrown in the towel. I haven't a clue when things will be approved. I mean, hell -- Chilling Adventure of Sabrina was supposed to be done for April! We can't get any Sony Music titles repressed because they moved to another manufacturing plant and lost everyone's booklets and trays. WEA moved to another plant and we can't even get in our repressings of Superman and Harry Potter because no one knows what happened to the cds they supposedly sent to us!

The majors are imploding. It's a nightmare for those of us at retail. Thousands of titles being deleted. Sooooo much out of stock and on backorder. Warner in the US has been a shambles since April. Sending out partial orders with invoices for the complete order, despite the product actually shipped being 10-30% of what's on the invoice. There is no one to talk to to get the billing corrected and as such many stores are on hold unless the entire invoice is paid.

While it doesn't specifically address what Michael is going through, it's all part of the same disfunction with the majors.

Well , at least he isn't clamoring for more Korngold!

Exactly, because I don't like archeology !

I was just happy to see that the Superman CDs turned up! I was worried about your comments a little while ago.

MV, how many units are left? I haven't picked this one up yet.

MV, can you tell us if The X-Files vol. 4 managed to get approved before the Fox studios approvals hiatus that Mike Matessino mentioned in the Disney / Fox thread came into effect?

Really enjoying the Season 11 release, BTW.

Chris

Ditto for Diary of Anne Frank as far as Chris’s question.

Does anybody know anything about LLL's Star Trek releases? They normally come out in January, then it was pushed to summer, and summer is almost over.

I know they're hard work and there's lots going on, but I'm dying of anticipation.

That doesn't even sound real. Unbelievable.

I guess trimming down to one supplier of things (distribution, CD manufacture or otherwise) isn't too good an idea.

As seen posted at JWFan.com:

Neil S. Bulk has revealed that the previously mentioned "Stargate" expanded album is being assembled at this very moment.

https://twitter.com/nsbulk/status/1163941768787742720?s=20

Follow him for updates, but so far he's said it's going to be a 2-disc set released in a few months (possible Black Friday release?)

and David Arnold said it sounds terrific. Neil also said that August 20, 1994 was the first day of recording the score

I am going through some major withdrawals with the very limited release schedule of the specialty labels... and I know no fault of their own. frown

So is the BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN the only September LLL release? Any idea when it might be available to those who can't attend the event?

Edit: OK... I see that's more like an October release... Anything coming this month?

Not to sound spoilt with the great releases every-season but as most fans with particular scores I was curious if The Six Million $ Man will be 2019 & Scarface, i'd love to hear both but if its 2020 no biggie.
