Embargo was lifted because CBS relaized its silly to not make money while the property is hot and in the fans minds with thr new film coming out and all.

Why in the world would they act that sensibly?

Who cares, just as long as they start acting that sensibly over licensing tons & tons of stuff from their catalogue.

Which I wholeheartedly have always agreed with and thought the whole idea of it is dumb anyway. People wanting Star Trek expanded scores arent going to negatively impact sales of other ST:ID merch.

And we are thankful for it!

I really don't think any of our product will replace new merchandise on anybody's wish list.

This CD shall be assimilated into my collective. Resistance is futile. If you attempt to intervene, we will destroy you.

Glad to hear there's some sanity in an ordinarily insane industry. :-)

I am really digging the artwork! Congrats GNP on a great job! I am very excited about this, as the original release was the one of the first CDs my parents ever got me (after they got me a CD player the same Christmas).

To all those that have question marks over their heads about this coming before Insurrection? It will come eventually. Lets be positive and be happy that this score finally is getting the treatment it has deserved for so long. If I remember correctly, people wanted this score complete more then others, and now here it is. Let's celebrate THIS release, and obviously we've got the Into Darkness score coming in a few short weeks, so I'd say we have lots to be happy about. With this episode showing in theatres tomorrow in IMAX and the blu ray coming on Tuesday along with it? This Trekkie surely is very happy and grateful indeed. smile

Effing sweet!

Anyone else going to the special screening of the episode in movie theaters tomorrow? I believe it's a nationwide one-day thing, but could be wrong.

If the IMDb theater showing for each location on my county is accurate, no theater here is showing it. :-(

I wish I could see it tomorrow night but won't be able to. :-\ Unless some how I can find it in a theater up in SLC and convince my dad and I to go. However, we'll be driving up in the morning and he'll probably be too tired to go.
