When will pre-orders be accepted from? I wanna make sure I'm available.

(Still reeling from this great announcement.)

Cheers

Cool!

I don't really have any interest in the Barry music, but I've been a fan of Colombier's score for ages. I have the regular soundtrack, but have always wanted more of the score proper. Not "C&C more", but a somewhat meatier selection. There are, after all, only 3 tracks on the existing album.

I have to think about this. If it had been a, say, 30-40 minute presentation of Colombier's music only for $20, I'd be game. As for a 3CD set with C&C Colombier and Barry for $30......as I said, I have to think about it.

But again - cool title selection! (as always from LLL). And I'm always glad to see my man Jim Titus gettin' some gigs. smile

HA! I can say ALMOST the same -
I don't really have any interest in Colombier music, but I'm a fan of Barry. smile
And I don't think - I'll order as soon as it appear. And maybe I will like Colombier music too.

LLL does not do pre-orders. You can order it beginning Tuesday, July 12th at 1pm PST, and it begins shipping at that time as well.

I think you will. It's incredibly funky and catchy! (at least the theme).

Will it includes the B-side from the 45 RPM single as well?

I hope so, we'll have to wait and see?

As for this announcement? WOW! Totally left of field, I'm in Barry heaven again.

I like Michel Colombier too and look forward to hearing his score in a fuller arrangement though I'd never have bought this if it wasn't for JOHN BARRY.

I just watched this film again on Netflix the other day - its a fun 80's score and this Barry music sounds quite intriguing. Best news I've read all morning, MV!

It's seems that's why LLL decided to make 5000 copies - as for Barry fans and also for Colombier fans.
Nice (and clever) decision!

Or...where did they find Barry's rejected score ???

It was at the bottom right of this pile of tapes.

Produced by Lukas Kendall
Mastered by Mike Matessino

Although the above pretty much speaks for itself, let me say:
You cannot get a better team in score releasing.

This one will be ordered (but not yet).

By the way now when LLL have release this Colombier score (and Barry score) I wonder when they or someone else will release the Colombier score to the Mario Van Peebles film Posse?

Trivia note.

I'm sure all the Barry fans will know this. But did you know THE BEST MAN IN THE WORLD (the Barry-penned theme song from THE GOLDEN CHILD) was actually re-worked from the demo tracks Barry submitted for the Jim Carrey comedy, ONCE BITTEN?

(Or so the legend says, anyway.)

Recording of said demos exist - most Barry fans have them.

La La Land does it AGAIN!! Another instant purchase for me.

Thanks so much and keep up the fantastic work

Edit: Love the thread title too - very fitting for the year LLL is having
