After listening to her performance at the Academy Awards last night, I'm confident Eilish has the talent and the voice to pull off a proper James Bond song.
According to her brother Finneas the song is due to drop soon. I am feeling more optimistic hearing that Hans is also involved in it.
If Zimmer was involved, does that mean it was incorporated into the score? Sounds like Zimmer's involvement may have come too late.
Not sure if the song will be incorporated into the score, but Zimmer is recording the score this week and worked with Eilish on the song a while back. So I guess it could be possible.
'll have to listen again ............but initially I'm underwhelmed. A Bond song by numbers, take Skyfall and Writings On The Wall and rework it. It's not awful like Die Another Day was awful but it's just, for me not different enough to the last two. However, it'll probably be a massive hit and get the film title into the public consciousness weeks before the film opens. Just a few initial thoughts. My opinion may change after further exposure.
The official James Bond Twitter confirmed that Billie Eilish will sing the theme song for NO TIME TO DIE. She co-wrote the song with her brother, Finneas O'Connell.
Do these young singers not know how to enunciate properly?
Glad to see that I'm not the only one who wondered about enunciation. When the song began, I didn't understand any of the lyrics. Picked up a few words here and there later on. Nothing in the song appealed to me, but maybe if it is used in the underscore, I'll like it better.
