So it sounds like the CD is part original tracks from film/LP, and then maybe some new re-recordings of tracks that couldn't be located, or laying some new layers over older, damaged tracks? Kinda like what Edgar Froese did with some of the Virgin Tangerine Dream tracks in the Tangents box set ( and later "Tangentizing" entire albums ).
Either way, it sounds good. Just hope I have the $$ to get it

It sounds fantastic. I'll be ordering this the day it becomes available. Wish the Creature Feature panel & signing event wasn't on Sunday, otherwise I'd gladly attend.
Thanks Jim. There's a previous cool Twister CD event at CF on Saturday, plus Robert wasn't able to make that day. But you can still order a personalized CD from the store. We hope to see you Ninja fans there!
I am very excited to announce to all those fans of the original music from Revenge of the Ninja - that the master tapes have been located, after 32 years. I am currently re-mastering them and they will soon be available on Varese Sarabande Records.

The newly remastered " Revenge the Ninja Album was completed and delivered to Varese Sarabande Records for CD release about 5 weeks ago. It features lots of new content as well as original tracks from 33-year old audio masters that I carefully kept in storage - and that that have been greatly enhanced. Hope everyone enjoys it!
This is one of those flicks that I would rent over and over again from my local gas station/video rental store. There are some pretty amazing stunts in the van chase sequence. The climax on the roof of the skyscraper is also pretty nuts. I love the imagery of an ancient ninja running around slicing people up in the corridors of a late 70s "futuristic" building - kinda similar to The Challenge.

I have the DVD and agree you get a lot of bang for your buck in a film which cost less than a million dollars to produce. I love how the film takes place in southern California but there are Utah plates on the cars and you see snow-capped mountains in the background!
