Excellent. One of my favourites scores from Tyler. This is where I feel he shines- bridging rock chords and drum riffs with orchestral themes. He'd also be my choice for Spider-Man should they ever remake it again. Looking forward to the film too. I'm probably one of the few people that enjoyed the first one. It had some plot holes but I still liked the spirit of it.
The first score is my absolute favorite Brian Tyler score so I'm hopeful the sequel score will be good too.
The digital album that came out for the first film was a paltry selection of highlights combined with lots of source music; Luckily Tyler rectified that himself by releasing an 80+ minute score release on his SoundCloud.
I hope that this new film can somehow get the first score properly released on CD as well, maybe like what La-La Land did with 21 and 22 Jump Street 2CD set.

The first one was my favorite Brian Tyler score. Here's hoping part 2 will be just as good. This would make a good La La Land release. I enjoyed the film too, plot holes aside, it was a fun time and the score really helped it.
What a great clip. Tyler has made a superhero like version of the theme. I dare say in the presentation in the clip that music would make for a good Superman theme!
This got an airing at his concert on Saturday night. While it's the same theme from NYSM 1, it felt bigger, with a symphonic/space age sound to it. Looking forward to the film..quite enjoyed the first one.
Well I'm sure you, like me, have that complete edition at least burned to CDR for your listening pleasure, so we must be thankful that it was at least made available
