I'm wondering if there are any more Piccioni works like THE FOREIGNER, THE DEMON, THE MONK and the THREE FRANCESCO ROSI?
You should keep an eye on the war movie score UOMINI CONTRO (also a Francesco Rosi movie) from 1970. It was formerly coupled with LO STRANIERO on a Point CD (in the mid-90s) and it is still available at Intermezzomedia in Italy, although of course not that cheap. This music should be to your liking.
IL GOBBO from 1960 is also a very dramatic, harsh and austere symphonic work, but only a rare RCA EP was released at that time and I don't think that anymore has survived. At least Piccioni himself did have no mastertapes of this one in his private archives - one of the few of his own scores where to my surprise he had nothing at all - and the score itself is owned by Radiofilmusica (Laurentiis). So probably nothing else has been preserved than the about 12 minutes on the EP and I don't think we will get this on CD in the near future.

Really all the scores in Beat's Piccioni series till now have come from the CAM catalogue and they have been released in a strictly chronological way: 1959, 1963, 1965 and now the next one from 1968.
So it I should be clear that the next score after NIENTE ROSE will certainly come from 1969. Maybe there will then be 3 more releases till the end of the year from October till December.
And when we have a look at what's still in the CAM catalogue, there is not such a large choice anymore. These ones are still possible from CAM from 1968 onwards:
- ADDIO, ALEXANDRA (1969)
- LE ALTRE (1969)
- GIOVINEZZA, GIOVINEZZA (1969)
- TOH, È MORTA LA NONNA (1969)
- FERMATE IL MONDO... VOGLIO SCENDERE (1969)

Most of the titles you mention are from General Music (UOMINI CONTRO, DUE MASCHI...), not from CAM.
As we have had now four releases from CAM and also number 5 will be from CAM, I suppose that for the rest of the year Beat will also take advantage of just those titles which are available from the CAM catalogue and which had never before been released on CD. Certainly you can also get some kind of discount the more titles you license from them. So I would think that expanded versions of your titles could maybe come at some point during the next few years now and then, but not this year and not in this Piccioni series which has been announced for only this year 2013.

This is an "advanced" question  I have a fairly complete Piccioni CD collection, but not much in terms of LP/singles. Until now, I just waited until they come up on CD. But for right reasons, this may not be the case. What are the vinyls that will probably never come up on CD, in which case I might pay a higher price? What are the ones I should look for in terms of music? I already know that I want Le Coppie and Lo Scopone scientifico but they seem impossible to find. The only one I have is Le Sorelle Materassi which is truly great and fairly easy to find.

First of all: Forget about any LP release of TRE PER UNA RAPINA. This is nothing else than just a mistake on the Soundtrackcollector website where they mixed it up with the 1965 CAM LP release of IL MOMENTO DELLA VERITÀ. So no LP at all - not even a single! - exists of this title.
As to the others: I wouldn't expect CDs of LO SCOPONE SCIENTIFICO (the LP is indeed very hard to find now and top-rare!), IL DIAVOLO, IL GOBBO, CONGO VIVO, I TRE VOLTI (although formerly on an RCA LP) and IL DISCO VOLANTE in the near future because all of these are Radiofilmusica titles and therefore the rights always belong to the Laurentiis group. Furthermore, the tapes for IL GOBBO had not even been preserved in the Piccioni archives. So you have to buy the rare RCA EP if you want any of the music.
The music publisher for LE SORELLE MATERASSI is Rai Trade where nowadays not much happens anymore regarding CD releases of older (and newer) scores. And LA CORDE AU COU is a French film and was on a French Barclay EP so that a release on an Italian label in my opinion is also rather unlikely.
You also have to consider that MANI IN ALTO, L'IMPIEGATO and IL MONDO DI NOTTE belong to the CAM catalogue, although MONDO DI NOTTE for example had formerly been released on a RCA LP in 1960. So CD releases of these would indeed probably be possible, but I suppose not this year in the Beat Piccioni series where we have now already arrived in the year 1968 with the forthcoming CD of NIENTE ROSE PER OSS 117.

By the way, LE COPPIE is an episodic film with three segments. Only one segment ("La camera" directed by Alberto Sordi) was scored by Piccioni. The two other episodes had music by Manuel De Sica (for the Vittorio De Sica episode) and Enzo Jannacci (for the Mario Monicelli episode). Therefore the RCA SP LP of course had only a few Piccioni tracks!
As usual with most scores from the RCA library, the music is now managed by Universal Music Publishing. As GDM is dealing with them all the time, it could well be that LE COPPIE may appear either on the GDM or on the GDM/Legend label in the future. It could even come from Digitmovies or from Beat.

As NIENTE ROSE is now not among the three Beat titles for September (Umiliani, Kojucharov, Rizzati), it seems that it has been postponed to October:

I don't think so as the next Piccioni title in the series is always announced on the last page of the booklet of the previous one. I suppose that maybe two more titles from the CAM list above will come by the end of the year besides NIENTE ROSE.
