David Helpling and Jon Jenkins have released the last part of the trilogy, which started with Treasure in 2008 and The Crossing in 2010.
Now it's time for Found, also on the Spotted Peccary label. Electronic music doesn't get much better than this, IMHO.
Anyone here who knows their music?

I have a real love hate relationship with electronica. That is probably because I grew up on the early roots of it in the rave scene. It is also probably because I was somewhat medicated* when I enjoyed it the first generation. I liked Oakenfold, Tiesto and a lot of the British clubber stuff. The Orb in particular gave something of an enlightenment. When I saw these guys at a club it was the loudest show, the deepest bass I have ever felt/heard.
I liked a lot of the guys playing Ibiza too, somewhat spare stuff sometimes, but really gorgeous and somehow pastoral too. I like Moby and another British guy that goes by Tipper too.
The newer generation of electronica seems to have heaps of garbage frankly, with a little talent here and there, but much of it seems borrowed from what was before. I am not really familiar with these guys.
Oh yes, I almost forgot Boards of Canada. Those are some really interesting guys, some interestingly beautiful and distressed analog sounding compositions, really good stuff.

Well, the link I posted is really more "new age" or whatever you like to call it. Not electronica for the dance floor, LOL. I guess you'll agree if you listen to the sound clips.
