X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST---new photos show Magneto's new suit and Beast trying to drown Magneto in a fountain.

STAR WARS VII---"insiders" claim the script being rewritten by Lawrence Kasdan and JJ Abrams is not close to being ready for the premiere in 2015. Consequently, producer Kathleen Kennedy and most of the creative team unsuccessfully asked Disney CEO Robert Iger for a delay to 2016. Abrams is "more in sync" with Iger for the 2015 premiere.

NURSE 3D---poster released for the movie about a young nurse who discovers a beautiful, older nurse is using her sexuality to lure cheating men to their deaths. Paz De La Huerta and Katrina Bowden star.





AMERICAN HORROR STORY: COVEN---Connie Britton (NASHVILLE) wants to return to the horror series, "I've actually have been talking to them this season, because they're down in New Orleans and I'm in Nashville. I said, 'Okay, let's see if we can try to figure this out.'
I'm like, 'I'll put that [witch hat] on and jump on a plane and go to New Orleans. Yes, I would do that. As long as we can figure it out with both productions, I'm in. I hope it happens."

PET SEMETARY---the remake of the 1989 movie based on the Stephen King novel will be directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (28 WEEKS LATER).

SLEEPAWAY CAMP---remake underway of the cult 1983 slasher movie which was made famous by its kinky ending.

THE MATRIX---Keanu Reeves commented on another sequel, "I don't believe there will be one. I don't know what the Wachowskis are doing right now other than working on JUPITER [ASCENDING]. I don't know if they're thinking about another Matrix." He said about Neo being resurrected for a sequel, "I thought the way Thomas Anderson/Neo went our was pretty spectacular."

INCARNATE---Carice van Houten (GAME OF THRONES) joins Aaron Eckhart in this horror movie about an exorcist who encounters an evil from his past while trying to save a nine-year-old boy.

THE MAN ON CARRION ROAD---Patrick Wilson (INSIDIOUS) replaces Timothy Olyphant (JUSTIFIED) in this movie about the new sheriff of a border town who teams up with his predecessor to stop a drug cartel's killer from going on a rampage.

LITTLE BLACK DRESS---movie underway from David Chase (THE SOPRANOS) in which a female New York cop, who suffered a disability while fighting in Afghanistan, teams up with a superstitious male cop to solve a major case.

THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR---movie underway about a married couple who hold their last Christmas celebration to tell their adult children that they're separating. Alan Arkin, Diane Keaton, Annette Bening and Amanda Seyfried are in negotiations to star.

PUBLIC MORALS---TNT pilot with Ed Burns (SAVING PRIVATE RYAN) as star/writer/director and co-producer. The plot involves a 1967 New York vice cop who is a member of the Public Morals Division. Steven Spielberg is co-producer.

WONDERWORLD---Starz pilot about about two FBI agents who infiltrate the Mob-run porn industry in the 1980s. Owen Wilson and Rene Balcer (LAW & ORDER) are the co-producers.

THE AVENGER---CW "updated Biopunk" series underway, based on the 1930s pulp magazine, in which a young woman who can change her appearance seeks to solve the murder of her parents.

DIRTY WEEKEND---movie underway in which a businessman and his female co-worker are delayed in a city where, a year earlier, he got drunk and had an encounter which has haunted him since. The two investigate what really happened that weekend. Matthew Broderick and Alice Eve star.

That is truly an awful poster. You'd think Marvel could hire a better artist.

Disney: We want a profitable new franchise ASAP.

That is truly an awful poster. You'd think Marvel could hire a better artist.

While technically a Marvel product the concept itself looks like a Roger Corman rip off of The Avengers. It's gonna bomb bad anyway.
