Just wanted to share this with you - not sure if you're still after a copy. I have been looking as well for quite some time with no luck. A copy just sold on eBay Germany for $141 Euro - way past my top bit of about $40 Euro.

The next best price I have seen for this is SAE - they have a copy sitting at about $330. I don't think it's ever going to be released on CD again anytime soon - unless the class action lawsuit being launched here:

Maybe if there is some sort of settlement - people will get an actual copy of CD ordered, and new copies will be available to purchase. I doubt it though.

Sorry Ryan, I should have modified the thread title to reflect that I no longer desire this score - but I'm not doing so at this point either to ensure you see my response and that it answers your question.
Yikes, I hadn't heard about the class-action lawsuit against Soule and DirectSong. Luckily, it seemed like I was one of the last people to obtain a physical copy of the signed 4-CD Skyrim collection offered over DirectSong, and it did take about 10-12 weeks to arrive, if I recall.
But fortunately, yes, I did end up locating a copy of Guild Wars 2. An internet friend of mine was kind enough to sell me a copy for the paltry price of $70 USD, which I graciously accepted given the prices the CD collection was hitting over the internet otherwise. If he hadn't made the deal with me, I likely would have stopped seeking Guild Wars 2 altogether!
