if its the Gregory one im thinking of - during a Jarre period of mine - i once saw this L.p in the rack at thats entertainment in drury lane it was a rather rare score, typically johnny yap prices it waz about £35 - a lot in 1982! So i had a coffee, listened to the score on their record player - and decided against it!

Sorry, Dan, but I think it is time for Maurice Jarre.

=Ahem= "Equine could use some sunshine" = pale horse. Well, I thought it was clever! Oh well. mark i thought it was great. Despite the ambiguous peck pic it waz recognisable as him, and the other two stars gave me the answer. Your clue confirmed it so i could ramble on with my boring L.P story with impunity.

Not boring at all. I have a lot of good memories myself of "striking gold" in used shops.

i dont know wot jarre fanatics thought of the score, but i found it a little flat and a bit dull compared to generals, paris burning, the train, professionals, villa rides, red sun and other jarre i was collecting at the time.
