9 out of 10 times, Siri (the Apple Helper) is about as useful as an Impotent King's Nutsack.

Siri was touted as the next big development in phone tech, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually use it. Not outside, in public.

I was mystified by the big story on CNN website last week.
Why was I supposed to care who the voice actor is? I really do not.

I use Siri for setting the alarm in my iphone and it works brilliantly.

That said, I have voice control for various functions on my car and it is just as good if not better.

Just can't get that image of an "Impotent King's Nutsack" out of my brain, much like an annoying jingle you just can't shake.

Isn't it the same voice from Google Search on Android? They even seem to have the same level of intelligence, and don't understand variations of different accents.

Siri did a star turn when she guested on THE BIG BANG THEORY. Barry Kripke had a hard time with the voice recognition feature, but Raj Koothrapali loved her.

I get infuriated with siri just about every time I try to use it.

When I ask it to play a certain score it almost invariably opens the app store and tries to sell me a movie rental. NO NO NO I JUST WANT TO HEAR THE MUSIC THAT IS ALREADY ON THE PHONE, YOU DUM-DUM.

Sigh. Soundtrack nerd problems.

I just started using Siri and for basic questions I find it very useful. Whats the weather? Sports scores, how to spell a word, etc. Though I'm probably under using the feature and not asking to much of it.
