Any fans of the show Breaking Bad here? I rarely see anyone discussing it. Did you enjoy the finale? Are you looking forward to the new "Better Call Saul"? Let's here from ya all, Yo! Yeah, I'm a fan. Even watch "Talking Bad" afterwards. I have mixed emotions about the show. I had bought seasons 1 and 2 separately on Blu-ray, but stopped buying them after that, and even when they would have marathons of the show, I found that once was usually enough for me. (And I recently discovered that I have never taken the season 2 Blu-rays out of their shrink wrap.) Compare that to "Dexter," which I can watch again and again and again and never get bored by them. I've bought the first 6 seasons of "Dexter" on Blu-ray and intend to buy the others, and will sometimes have my own little marathon, and Daniel Licht's just perfect music sounds great in surround. The ending? I liked it and how they were able to tie up most of the loose threads at the end, getting rid of that woman who had first ordered the killing of the 10 or so associates in prison and just 2 weeks ago ordered the killing of Walt's wife, and was glad that the guy who shot and killed the little boy balked at killing her, but he had to go, along with all the others. And I was surprised about the solitary guy who made it out alive -- won't mention it if it might be a spoiler to some people! I was amazed when it won the Best Drama Emmy! Surprised and delighted.

A milestone in innovative storytelling. Now that we can see the entire journey from start to end it's out achieved anything television has ever produced. And there have been and continue to be some pretty amazing shows and series.

IIRC Walter/Heisenberg arranged those killings. Remember he argued with Mike over this _Mike wanted the legacy payments to continue. brm ps the prison killings was the weakest plot point of the last season imho

I have always heard good things about it, my problem is I really do not enjoy gritty realistic downbeat television. I do not really watch TV for realism or tasting the underbelly of our messed up world. worry not, this NOT "THE wIRE" IT's PURE PULP grade B melodrama with" A" production vaLUES VASTLY ENTERTAnING (and violent) check it out! bruce
