This is the first I've heard about this assignment, but Christopher Drake has returned to the world of Batman to score this third videogame in the acclaimed Batman Arkham series. I enjoyed the previous score by Nick Arundel & Ron Fish, but I have to admit I'm much more excited at the prospect of a Drake score for this world. An album is being released (digitally at least) on 22nd October, and you can currently listen to samples on Amazon (it sounds great!):

La La should do a boxset with all the Arkham games.

thanks for the heads up on this. all of a sudden we've got a good amount of drake on the way even if it's heavy on the digital download. this one seems to have a christmas bend to it. should be a nice companion piece to batman returns!

I love the scores to Arkham City and Arkham Origins; does anyone know if Arkham Asylum's score was ever released?

This Wiki references a 12/28/09 release from Water Tower Records (and even provides a track list)
http://batman.wikia.com/wiki/Batman:_Arkham_Asylum

Main Theme
The Dark Knight
Escorting Joker
The Choke's on You
Batman
Invisible Predator
Double Trouble
Harley Quinn
Rope-A-Dope-A-Dope
Arkham Asylum
Baneful Payback Part I
Baneful Payback Part II
Visitor Centre
World's Greatest Detective
Whiskey Trail
Sniper
Medical
Malpractice Needs More Practice
Henchmen
And at the End of Fear...Oblivion!
Bat-Cave
Over-World
Tick, Tock, Feed the Croc
Venom
Poisoned Ivy
Play You Like a Violin, Then Cut Your Strings
Prison Cells & Lunatics
He's Out There
Surprise Attack
Just What The Doctors Ordered
The Caped Crusader
Throne Room - Joker Fight - Breaking News
The Aftermath
Credits

However, that's the only legitimate search results. Google's other results lead to some...less useful and less official sources that I want nothing to do with. Was this ever really officially released? I'm assuming not as a CD, since they don't appear for sale even secondhand, but as a download? And is it available somewhere I'm missing?
