I have 3 orders in august and don't have received nothing and don't have response at my e-mails.

I actually have a similar problem. Eight weeks ago I ordered some discs from Beat Records. The amount invoiced was immediately debited from my credit card account but I never received the merchandise. The tracking function on their website states that the discs have been dispatched some days afer the purchase. When I asked them for a postal tracking number four weeks ago, I was informed that one of the discs was not in stock at the moment of my order. My last e-mails weren't aswered at all. I admire Beat Records for their marvellous releases, but they really have to improve the communication with their customers. If someone from Beat Records is reading that post, please process order number 4718!

I agree - as a record label they are superb, but as an online retailer they suck! Poor communication (or rather none!). I will use Intermezzo Media in future.

For what concerns, JC, I guess we solved the problem today: your e-mails were all our spam folders, sorry for that, we removed spam filters from our server.

For what concerns Acer, thank you for your kind words and to see you changed your store highlighting the name of your new choice: I'm sure you'll have an excellent customer care from them: they are good colleagues and friends of Beat Records since many years.

Anyway, luckyly there is a lot of people that is happy about our customer care: we Always guarantee second shipments (whatever the reason of eventual losses), substitutions of faulty products (even if they do not belong to our catalogue), we substitute eventual faulty products belonging to our catalogue even if customers buy them at other stores, we make gifts to clients, discounts, often we press scores highlighted but a single fan just to have our most ardent followers happy... We make composers sign CDs to fans, we guarantee free shipment Worldwide for affictionate clients, we press around 50 releases early and we license a similar number around to other labels.

And all of this is achieved without any form of comunication.
