A second release would definitely be on order with me if it happens. LOVE Snow's work on this particular show and there is still a lot more cues that could be presented.
I enjoy the music from Xfiles and will continue to purchase it at every opportunity - but I definitely prefer Snow's music from Millennium. It has a visceral sense of sadness, very much like Michael Nyman's music to Gattaca or even The Piano.
A second volume would definitely be great and very welcome. To boot, it's always a bit frustrating when you know there's been more music out there (with the unattainable promos) than officially released.
There's something about the MILLENNIUM music. I love the X-Files stuff and it is all very similar in style but there's a certain element in his MILLENNIUM scores that just gives it the edge for me. The LaLa release has remained my most played cd. I always come back to this stuff and its grim beauty. Pleeeeease consider a second volume!
