Thanks for the tip spacekim. I got to see a little of it before I had to leave the house. Horner was definitely tearing up when they showed him in the audience and seemed quite happy to be there. Looked like a grand evening and it's so nice to know that David Newman is such a supportive fellow composer and friend to James. His conducting and the orchestra and chorus did a splendid job in celebrating Maestro Horner's great music!
Great! I was waiting for a HD version instead of the crappy Austrian TV stream online. I'd actually buy a DVD of that -- especially since I'm actually IN it (I can be seen photographing Horner on the red carpet in the beginning).

Actually the correct phrasing would be "you cannot be seen photographing Horner on the red carpet in the beginning"! At least I was not able to detect you there - in which 1/1000 sec. of the first few minutes of the video did you recognize yourself? By the way: on the HIV-facebook-site they indicated that there may be a Blu-ray release of the concert. Let´s see if this will really happen...
Ah, OK. I did see the person with the raised arms, but it´s impossible to recognize anyone, the resolution is simply too low. It may be possible if one knows the "shadow with the camera" personally, but otherwise it´s just a blurred image...
