As you may have noticed, I've been going through most of the ones I hadn't already seen. At one of them I made the point that in Jane Olivor's "In Concert" CD, she sings a song made out of the principal theme of Georges Delerue's "Rich And Famous," which I'd love for you to include one of these days. It's referred to as "Daydreams," with no mention of composer Delerue. I also made the point that I wish you would give us your location (city, state) in your profile here. Thanks!

Glad you are enjoying.

"Sheetmusicman" is a group of us living in Los Angeles.

Rena Stober and Stephen Van Dorn are popular musical theater performers.

Pianist Mike Farrell is a touring music director, musician and session player as well as a composer.

The sheet music is from the collection of film music agent Richard Kraft who spearheaded this project.

Cassandra Nuss is a actress/singer. Darrah Le Montre is a writer who is about to have a baby daughter with Kraft in a week.

Adam Shell and Nicholas Kraft are documentary film makers.

Don North, James Brandon, Sarah Kovacs and Nic Arnzen worked on this project behind the scenes.

The party/goofing off/performing/shooting session took place at Christopher Lennertz's Sonic Fuel Studio.

You should paste the above directly into your profile here. As you may have noticed, I was determined to move ALL your contributions to the top of the message board! And glad to hear you're from my home town!

Ron

Had a terrific, fun-filled day in the studio recording close to 50 pieces of sheet music. Will be editing YouTube videos over the next few weeks then posting.

Pianist Mike Farrell, singers Rena Strobber & Stephen Van Dorn and sheet music collector Richard Kraft.

smm: I assume that you aren't the Richard Kraft long of Varése-Sarabande???

Yeah he is. AND agent to some of my favorite composers over the years (Jerry Goldsmith, Elmer Bernstein, John Barry, Alexandre Desplat, etc.)

Wow! I may have spoken to RK back in the late 80s/early 90s when I was often reviewing soundtracks for the magazine DIGITAL AUDIO (later CD REVIEW). Had a big problem with one VS cd and, after an illuminating phone conversation with them, trashed it. Interesting.
