I just got this last week (playing catch up on stuff)...and I really wish I hadn't waited on this one. What a fantastic score. Highly recommended...I love it!!
This is a great score and I'm glad to see it getting some more attention. I'm really hoping we see the other Tinker Bell scores get released this year...

I concur, and would add Mulan II expanded, and any other Joel McNeely they can release.
I don't normally say things like this but, well shit! So add children scores along with comedies that don't sell. Not because the music is bad, but because some can't get past the "labeling", and hear the music.

That sucks. Maybe they need to do limited runs of the next scores to 1000 copies each. Then people will buy them regardless of whether it's a children's score or not. It's a shame. They really are great fantasy scores and McNeely is highly underrated in my opinion.
It is a shame Tinker Bell isn't selling better. Joel McNeely knows how to write for orchestra ! Squanto: A Warrior's Tale sold out at 1500 hundred copies, so I am hoping that Intrada can do a 1000 to 1500 copy run of the other Tinker Bell scores because they are all fantastic. I listen to the music for the music ! Bring on any other Joel McNeely compositions !
I agree it's a great score and one I knew nothing about before Intrada released it (apart from people requesting it). Loved the samples and it gets regular plays.
I guess some of the problem is you have people who will only buy scores of films they've seen and some who will see the fairy on the cover and dismiss it out of hand.
