All right, all right. I deleted my post which described my being caught naked for the third time at my front door by the mail woman. It didn't seem to be relevant in the slightest, so I deleted it. I don't even know why I even wanted to post that here other than I was listening to Dave Grusin's Mulholland Falls at the time.

I will handle all my ordering complaints about a release publicly rather than contact a seller directly - even if that means a short, simple email or a brief phone call which might actually facilitate a personal relationship with said seller. The use of public vinegar as opposed to personal honey is always preferable. This includes publicly complaining about such things such as cracked jewel cases that were damaged in shipping. Therefore, a seller's track record of excellent service is negated and I have made the lives of that HUGE company of three or four people just a bit more miserable.
This is outside this forum and possibly irrelevant, but does anyone else get cheesed off at people who post reviews on Amazon and other review sites to the effect, "The product worked fine, but mine was chipped on the corner. 1 Star"? You click on the 1 and 2 star ratings to find out if there's problems with the way the product performs and you get that, which not only tells you nothing but screws the star rating. Duh!
