They are the most complete scores ever released!

Ok thanks. I have already ordered it through SAE but I would like to know how much music was left out. As both of them were never released in the past saying 'They are the most complete scores ever released' doesn't really help

100% more of CLEAN SLATE is available today than was available yesterday. That's a pretty big single day increase!

Received my copy today. Not the Silvestri I remember, but will give it a few more listens. There are definitely cues I will skip over in the future. "Where am I?" and "Always Looking for Cuba" are the highlights of the CD. Disappointed in these Silvestri scores, sorry.

There's samples of 50% of the tracks on the official site, there's no reason you shouldn't know what to expect....

It's surprising that people on this message board hardly pay any attention to these two unreleased scores by Alan Silvestri.

Too bad to see that sales are not as good as we'd expected in comparison with Overboard. Are Silvestri fans not interested in his comedy/drama scores anymore?

I pre-ordered a copy through Intrada, if that counts for anything. Still waiting for it to ship out though.

Lalaland has also lamented that scores from the comedy genre just don't do well in general.

I bought it (my first Music Box purchase!) and I like it.

It's too bad most comedies today (a mere 20 years later) don't have scores like this (re: Clean Slate)... or at all. I'd love to see someone like Apatow do a movie with a big orchestral score.

Incidentally, I was an extra in a TV pilot directed by Mick Jackson (who directed Clean Slate). It was a show called Demons... and wasn't picked up. I blame my performance as "college student with laptop." smile

I would love to get more Silvestri comedies. I really like a lot of them, especially those many gentle and cheesy cues. I also got Dutch, so count me in for any future Silvestri releases, OK?
