Are you including alternates and bonus tracks along with this? Some of these multi-disc single-film releases like LLL's Star Trek: TMP or Varese's Spartacus would likely be up there if so. Moby Dick (Christopher Gordon) has 41 tracks on 1 disc. "Brain from Planet Arous / Teenage Monster"(MMM label).
