You know what doesn't count as a mixed signal?

"NO."

It's really very simple.

Quite right.
Assuming, of course, that she actually did say it as she described.
Unfortunately, communication between intoxicated young people is seldom as black and white as that.

Disney will pull the plug on one of their television episodes in an instant if it gets a few complaints.

Disney corp should be well aware of this story by now. If it had any truth to it, they would have made some kind of official (BS) comment like, "We take the safety of our employee's seriously, and we are vigorously looking into this situation".

The fact they haven't, insinuates the story doesn't hold up.

I had just posted a comment that pretty much mirrored Sirisjur. But upon re-reading the story I saw the Disney connection I missed the first run through. Apparently this woman was living in a Disney style campus; that is, dorms for employees.

This changes everything. If she was raped at one of the dorms on the Disney campus, she most certainly was raped on Disney property. If this is true, Disney had a responsibility to treat the claim seriously and an obligation to investigate the claim fully. They completely dropped the ball here.

For justice though, she still has to go to the police. Disney could fire the employee, but that is the most they could do.

Totally agree with you!!!
