THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2----Felicity Jones commented on if she will play Felicia Hardy/Black Cat in the sequel, "Uhm, Well.....possibly, I don't know. Yeah, If that happens that would be wonderful." Also, Sony Pictures announced the third and fourth movies will premiere on June 10, 2016 and May 4, 2018.
ANGER MANAGEMENT---Charlie Sheen has demanded that co-star Selma Blair be fired after she complained to producers about Sheen's work ethic, or he will refuse to continue filming. A source said, "Things have gotten ugly." Production was on a temporary hiatus to find a solution to a ratings slump. Sheen is also reportedly requesting that Mila Kunis guest star for several episodes at $1 million per episode. Kunis is dating Ashton Kutcher who replaced Sheen on TWO AND A HALF MEN.
ELIZA GRAVES---Brendan Gleeson (BRAVEHEART, HARRY POTTER) and David Thewlis (WAR HORSE, HARRY POTTER) will co-star with Kate Beckinsale, Anthony Hopkins, Ben Kingsley and Jim Sturgess in this movie based on an Edgar Allan Poe short story. The plot involves a doctor taking a job at an insane asylum where he falls in love with a beautiful patient and then discovers the patients are running the asylum.
THE STRAIN---John Hurt (ALIEN) has joined the cast of the FX/Guillermo del Toro pilot about a CDC team battling a vampire plague in New York.
STRETCH---Brooklyn Decker (BATTLESHIP) will co-star with Patrick Wilson and Chris Pine in this movie about a limo driver who wants to pay off his gambling debt by driving a billionaire around and discovers his passenger is trying to sell a list of his criminal associates to the highest bidder.
LUCY---Morgan Freeman will co-star with Scarlett Johansson in this Luc Besson (LEON THE PROFESSIONAL, LA FEMME NIKITA) movie about a female drug mule who develops super powers after drugs she is carrying enter her bloodstream.
PROMETHEUS 2---the sequel script will be written by Jack Paglen (TRANSCENDENCE).
HIGHLANDER---Ryan Reynolds has left the reboot of the 1986 movie that starred Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery.
COOTIES---Elijah Wood stars in this movie about a mysterious virus that infects the students of an isolated elementary school which turns the children into crazed monsters who attack their teachers.
THE 33---Jennifer Lopez will co-star with Antonio Banderas and Martin Sheen in this movie about the 2010 Chilean mining accident in which 33 miners were trapped underground for 69 days.
BOSCH---Amazon Studios tv pilot underway based on the novel series about Los Angeles homicide detective Harry Bosch.
STRANDED---horror movie starring Christian Slater in which a space station is hit by a meteor which contains spores that infect a female astronaut. She gives birth to a creature in 36 hours that mutates to resemble another astronaut who begins killing the rest of the crew.
