And it's so cool that most of the guys in the orchestra all look just like Ennio! Ennio Morricone and the Ennio Morricone Orchestra! Ha Ha! Get those Girl Singers some "Ennio Glasses" for Krissake!

Always enjoy how the Italian's introduce Paul Anka as Palanka.

the greatest Gino Paoli with "Ieri ho incontrato mia madre" (=I met mother yesterday).
Host of the night was Mr. Mike Buongiorno, who would have an incredibly long tv career, an Italian Regis Philbin so to speak.
Morricone was just one among many conductors in the same Sanremo edition.
Infact the same song was also conducted by Luigi Enriquez.
