For the record, the VCL edition of THE FURY featured 1h and 36min of music, so we'll have 18 min of new material never heard before!

Thank you every one involved!

I picked up the Varese "Fury" from ebay a few years back but it was worth every penny.
Will definately be picking up this new version though for the improved sound.

Crikey, The Fury. Seems LLL have access to more than a few of the old VCL releases, great to see it come back for others to get a chance to buy.

I admit I'll probably grab it too even though I have the previous release.

I have the Varese single disc. Don't remember a thing about it. Time to give it a spin.

Sweeeeet. One of the few limited releases I really kicked myself for missing. And 18 new minutes to boot!

Bravo, LLL!

This is certainly worth the rebuy. The sound on disc 2 is beyond amazing. After listening to what Tim andd Didier at Sony did, Mike Matessino sent them an email stating he never thought the score could sound so amazing.

Crap! Been dying for a release like this, but just dropped 50 squid on the DS9 box - is it too much to ask that this doesn't go in a heartbeat?

Hell yeah! This is fantastic news. I sold our copy of the Varese Club edition years ago and always regretted it...until now. Bravo, gents!

Williams was on fire in 1977 and 1978 with this plus Superman, Jaws 2, SW, CE3K and Black Sunday. Looks like a terrific production.

I have only the first CD Varese released and I soon found out that it was a re-recording upon watching the movie. I´ve always wanted to have this for years... and now I´m finally able to.

I suspect a quick sell-out on this one.....

...altough I can't even fathom why the 5000 release Hook is not yet long gone :/

This is wonderful news - I was hoping the Twilight Time release might lead to this.

One of my all time favourite scores. I have the original soundtrack album, but always wanted the film score. Sadly the VC release was long gone by the time I got into Limited Editions, and I've never been able or insane enough to afford the second hand prices. (I don't think I've ever seen it start bidding for lower than £60 - more usually closer to £100!)

Cannot wait to get an order in for this.
