I think it plays better without the second rendition of "Dance of the Witches" which is exactly the same five-minute recording as the first. I prefer to end the disc with "The Children's Carousel" track.

But it's no problem to do that, as you can just stop there.

Could be, who knows. The album plays fine for me the way it is, but of course that does not automatically mean it couldn't be improved.
