It's a good score but I never picked up the CD in the 20 years since I saw the film. I have problems seeing this receiving an expansion, but who knows.

JFK could count as an expansion of this.

I would also love an expanded version of this and it may be happening. Varese today teased an upcoming Chang album and alluded that it could be an expansion. Fingers crossed it turns out to be Under Siege. There’s some good unreleased stuff in there. The movie has aged really well too. Fantastic cast. Varese teased an upcoming Chang album?? Wow, I would rather want an unreleased score than an expansion though.

Varese teased an upcoming Chang album?? Wow, I would rather want an unreleased score than an expansion though. Under Siege has *nothing* on Basil's score for Under Siege 2 IMO, but I'm freshly listening to Chang's score on YouTube and I gotta say...I kinda like it! Maybe an expansion of this could be cool after all... https://www.facebook.com/varesesarabanderecords/ "Blast From The Past 52 PICK-UP Harry Mitchell (Roy Scheider), an L.A. manufacturer with a fancy car, a nice house, and a wife running for city council, has his life overturned when three masked blackmailers appear with a video tape of Harry and his young mistress. He's been set up, and they want $105,000. With a cast that also includes Ann-Margret, John Glover, Doug McClure, it's no wonder it was directed by John Frankenheimer who won a host of Emmy's through his long career. Adding that musical pulse was Gary Chang (#UnderSiege, #TheIslandOfDrMoreau). Track 3 "52 Pick-Up" and track 15 "End Title" really give you a great full statement of that main theme! One of the great things from the 1980's were great themes that even decades later, fans are clamoring for more. If you enjoyed this great Gary Chang score, you'll enjoy what's coming..." To which I replied, "Firewalker? That's the last Gary Chang score Varese released on LP but never on CD..." And Varese returned, "Or maybe an expansion of something, ya never know Mr. Moradi." Then other folks guessed Under Siege as being a more likely Gary Chang title for expansion, and since they already Deluxed Basil's sequel I gotta say I agree... Yavar
