So, given the fact that this title was a limited release (a couple thousand copies), what are the odds that Intrada might re-issue it? Or at least press more copies? It looks like they did not limit volumes 3 and 4.
Oh, and by the way, I'm also looking for a copy of Volume 2. Does anyone have one for sale or suggestions where I can find one?

I have a sealed copy of BG vol 2, but there isnt anything on your list that I need. I'd let it go for $40 which is less than what its selling for and would cover shipping provided you arent outside of the united states.
